Emmanuel Khamala was an excellent sales associate to have, he even helped figure out what i actually wanted, made me realize the car i was going for was not really the car i was desiring so i greatly appreciate the care he had into not only selling me the car i want but also making sure it’s something i will like in the long run! I purchased a Hyundai Palisade from Capital the last week of August. Five stars for that experience- Ronald, the sales associate who worked with me was courteous and attentive. He answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable manner. Although I was having conversations with another Hyundai dealership, my experience with Ronald tipped the scales. My post-sales service experience only rates three stars. The window-wiper cleaner solution device is not working. I let the dealership know about this the week after I purchased the vehicle, on two separate occasions, asking that they have the necessary parts for a repair at the dealership when I brought the vehicle back for the one month service check-up. When I arrived, Service had no note about the problem and had to, you guessed it, order a new hose. I live about 40 minutes from the dealership and don’t have the time or the gas money!!! to be making multiple trips to the dealership. Finally, and this is a small thing, the 70’s funk playing in the service waiting room is kind of cool but way too loud, making it difficult to speak in the phone or get work done.

Ron was fabulous I felt like I was just hanging with my friend. He was smart and helpful but with no pressure. And I love my new car

Since my husband's accident, his mobility was an issue. Kolin offered to bring the vehicle to us to minimize any physical stress. So appreciated the extra effort.
