Very soon online sales lady Denise called and set the appointment for next day. I had a concern about temp license and registration. She answered it right away and it's proved to be 100% correct. Next day at dealership Sales Tim Watson took us to test drive right away and answered all my concerns. We had friendly and frank negotiation about price and services with Tim and Sales Manager Anthony. We reached a deal within one hour and got paperwork done with big man Will who is very nice too. Anthony and Tim made sure that new tires were changed per Services' recommendation to pass inspection. So we left for lunch, visited a museum, returned rental car and picked up by Uber ordered by Tim. By the time we got back to dealership, the car was fully ready, gas full, and tag on. It was a long day but a pleasant and accomplished day. At Capital Hyundai of Greensboro, everyone Tim, Anthony and Will treated us with respect and professionalism. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. The salesman knew the product and was friendly and helpful. The managers were also friendly and made sure we got the information we needed. I also appreciated that they didn't put down other brands, and just told us what was good about theirs.
