In all our years of ownership, our Sante Fe never broke down, survived two teenage drivers, went across the country twice and had over 157,000 miles on it when we traded it in for our new 26. I purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade there in May 2025. I traded the vehicle in April 2026. I dropped my car off last year for an ICCU failure, and the service team did a great job of completing the work within two weeks and also fighting Hyundai Corporate on my behalf. Today, I'm picking my car up from some regular maintenance. Nothing fancy, I just don't have the right tools yet. David and Lindsey did a great job of keeping me updated and getting a Lyft ride for me to get home. I'll keep bringing my car here until I drive it into the ground, so Capital Hyundai can expect more of me.

Mr Jay was an astounding help! I went to him completely hopeless, Near certain I'd be spending another month without transportation and the fine team at capital Hyundai took care of me. I didnt have enough for insurance and a down payment and they reduced my down payment and allowed me to come back and make the payment so I could drive off. If you're looking for a brand new car that's gonna make you feel brand new, This is the place.

I want to start by saying Kolin, my salesperson at Capital Hyundai in Greensboro, was great throughout the entire process. He was professional, helpful, patient, and treated me with respect from beginning to end. He honestly did everything right and made the experience enjoyable on the sales side. Unfortunately, the finance experience with Misty completely changed my opinion of the dealership. Before going into finance, I was shown paperwork with payments estimated around $814-$881 a month. About 30 minutes later, when it came time to sign documents, Misty was distracted on a phone call while rushing me through paperwork and repeatedly telling me to “just sign and initial here.” Because I had already been shown the earlier numbers and had even shaken her hand under that understanding, I believed I was signing the same agreement we had already discussed. I did not realize the payment had changed until I later received my actual car payment information and discovered it was nearly $998 a month — over $100-$200 higher than what had been presented to me beforehand. At no point during the signing process did Misty clearly stop and explain that the payment had increased that drastically. On top of that, she was also rude and dismissive toward the new finance manager, John, right in front of me, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness as a customer. Again, Kolin was excellent and deserves recognition for how well he handled everything. My issue was entirely with the finance experience and how the paperwork process was handled by Misty.

Jay Chavez did a great job in helping me explore the vehicles at the dealership. His nonpreaaure attitude made the buying experience good. The four star rating is due to the dealership add ons which are in the small print - web site says "transparent pricing no hidden fees". If you go to Capital Hyundai - ask for Jay, he really did a wonderful job for me.

Ronald P. has been the all time best person I’ve ever had the opportunity of dealing with. He is not only patient, he is equally welcoming and he treats you with much respect and care. I went to Capital Hyundai of Greensboro just to discuss numbers about a pre-owned car because I did not think that with my situation, I wouldn't be able to get anything new but Ronald helped make it possible! Schedule can be difficult

I really have the praise the service department at Capital Hyundai! I recently had to bring my vehicle in for some warranty work and from the moment I first arrived I met the most courteous and professional staff I have ever seen. While it is never fun having your vehicle serviced they truly go above and beyond to make it the best experience possible. I will certainly be back for service and when the time comes for my next purchase as well.

I had a great experience with purchasing a car from Capital Hyundai. It's worth mentioning that I am not the "haggle for a better price" type of buyer (this is the first new car I've ever owned) so I won't comment if I got a good deal. As far as pricing is concerned, I feel like I got a fair price for what I got. What did I get? A 2026 Kona in the most basic trim possible, but in orange. I LOVE THIS CAR. Adore it. I rented a Kona the week before (ya'll owe Enterprise a commission, fyi) and fell in love with it within about 30 minutes of driving it. When it came time to drop the rental off, I was legitimately sad that I would have to go back to getting my old POS car back on the road and couldn't keep the Kona. As for the sales experience, Jesus is awesome. He was personable, friendly, not pushy or aggressive. He asked what I was looking for, I told him, he showed me the car I ended up buying, took it for a test drive. There was no hard up-sells, no real games with financing or anything like that. He even drove me back to my house, helped me empty my old car out. Jesus felt more like a friend by the end of the process than a car salesman. All in all, I'm incredibly pleased with the entire process and have a car that I can't stop looking out the window at.

Just purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade. Roderick and Brice were top notch, along with everyone else I met. I had a seamless transaction from start to finish. He was very helpful. Update 2/6 I was able to purchase a nice new Hyundai with Markasia and Derricks help. They were very kind and I appreciate it. I also received an apology and discount for the inconvenience with the service department.

I want to shout out Devin in the repair shop for going above and beyond to get my car fixed and back too me in a timely manner. I recently left a negative review because of the experience that I had initially. I’m not one to just focus on the bad but when someone does something well, that deserves credit. Had a reoccurring issue that for now seems to be fixed and that’s all because of Devin! Thank you!

Ronald Pacheco was the coolest and nicest guy when it came to customer service he made sure I got everything I wanted in my car and the year I wanted. When I thought I wouldn’t get the car I wanted he made it happen defn go to him if you need a car !

My experience with Capital Hyundai of Greensboro was appalling and ended with a shocking display of unethical and manipulative behavior from the top management, resulting in a wasted evening. I must first commend my salesperson, Donna, who was professional, responsive, and worked hard to negotiate a fair price, making me want to buy the car. My decision to walk away was entirely due to the dealership's management. I arrived prepared to pay cash for the vehicle at the agreed Selling Price of $57,495 (with the mandatory add-ons removed). After being made to wait for almost 90 minutes, the Hyundai Director, Ollin, presented paperwork with the Selling Price raised by $500 to $57,995— I must admit that in my focus on confirming the removal of the add-ons—which was a core part of the $57,495 agreement—I initially missed noticing the $500 price increase on the final document, a change that was presented without any discussion. When I questioned the price hike, Director Ollin became unprofessional. He drove in specifically to confront me about the discount and went on a prolonged, unsolicited rant about how he was going to dismiss (fire) the employee who gave me the deal. He used the job status of an employee as leverage to pressure me into accepting the higher price. When I finally walked away, Ollin's demeanor was the most shocking part: he acted as though I was doing the dealership a service by leaving, confirming a profound arrogance and an utter lack of concern for losing a committed cash customer over a mere $500. This response highlighted that my departure was not a moment of defeat, but a moment of firm realization. This dealership is clearly not committed to honoring negotiated prices and uses manipulative, high-pressure tactics. I urge all customers to be vigilant. This management team cannot be trusted to operate with integrity.

I had an issue with my 2023 Santa Fe that took 3 tries to figure out … But the third time was successful… Kelley , Devin and Lyndsey all took there turns … to solve the problem.. but it was the technician , I wish I knew his name , in the service department that finally solved it .. . I had a good experience this past week buying a new Hyundai Tucson. There was a miscommunication at one point that was only noticed after the agreement was finalized. Donna and Brian (sales manager) were gracious in working with me and getting things sorted out. I'm grateful.

I had a wonderful experience at Capital Hyundai. From start to finish, the process was smooth and as stress free as buying. car can be. I recently purchased our second car from Capital Hyundai of Greensboro. The first car was a Tucson that we helped our daughter through her first car purchase. Markasia was our sales rep. She did an amazing job. She understood this was my daughter’s first car purchase so she went above and beyond to make it a great experience. She was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. We visited another local Hyundai dealer and left very dissatisfied. Capital Hyundai was such a pleasant experience. When I was in the market for a new car we went right back to see Markasia at Capital. In addition to Markasia we also worked with Yanet and Rocco. I cannot recommend them enough! If you are in the market for a new car call Markasia at Capital and let her introduce you to the Hyundai brand, you will it be disappointed.

Total time wasters, lease scammers, eager to con the gullible, very disrespectful to the potential buyer. It's 2025, not 1995, guys. We all have hella more ways to research and buy cars these days, so any dealership that's still pulling 20th-century bait and switch and lease scams is being really badly run. Snap out of it. The leaders I dealt with today at this dealership are low on ethics and I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. They're selling very marketable vehicles and still use those outdated dishonest sales tactics, just when Hyundai is starting to get a more solid reputation. Foolish and counterproductive. I (female retired teacher in her 60s) was very clear from the get-go that I was asking ONLY if they had any used Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL's on the lot eligible for the clean vehicle tax credit. Those cars are selling like hotcakes everywhere, so I'm just checking local places and online to see if one pops up in my price range. I was at the dealership because I'd rather give my money to a neighbor in even that tiny commission than to anonymous Carvana execs. It was clear on an earlier visit working with different people that I'd done the research on several EV's and know cars in general very well, and that I had a solid sense of the market. They weren't there today to keep that in the forefront, so okay. Still, I was crystal clear on this visit that I would only spend X amount of dollars and no more, either at Subaru or Hyundai. Since I was waiting for my Subaru to finish its scheduled maintenance next door, I was happy to go on a test drive of the new edition Ioniq 5 base model, all the while being promised that they'd find a way for me to afford the car. I was tired from a bunch of things and so didn't catch on to what was happening even though I knew that was likely impossible. The young man on the test drive did a great job explaining and selling -- my dad was in sales and I've spent decades training and assessing young people -- but the trouble started when he went back to consult management. He came back with someone who had written up a total ripoff of a lease agreement for the base Ioniq 5 I'd driven, claiming to meet my cost objectives. Well, the MSRP for that car is $48,870, and you can get a VIP care package on the purchase for $899. The lease offer had so inflated the prices, including more than doubling tha VIP package to $1899 among other things, that it came out to something over $54K. So, that was dishonest and easily shown false to start with. It was foolish to pull that nonsense on a seasoned buyer who does tons of research before coming anywhere near a dealership. Someone had told me the district manager was in the dealership and really pushing them to get me in a car that day. Well, F for failure for that guy, and I'm more than a little anger that he pushed his salespeople to try to rip off an old woman. The lease for 3 years would have cost way more than I was paying on the Subaru to lease, but without any value to get from selling the owned Subaru eventually, so why try to sell that idiocy? Yes, there's a case for leasing EV's so you can buy the latest advances when the lease is over, because of constant progress in technology and design. But I'd never indicated interest in leasing, and even when I said I wasn't interested in leasing and reminded them why, the sales push just kept coming. They must have thought I was incredibly stupid (old? female? who knows?), or they really will do anything and steal from anyone to up their commissions. Disgusting crew running that show. Shop elsewhere, and maybe not at Hyundai at all if those outdated strategies are being pushed from the company overall. Lots of alternatives out there, both in vehicles and in ways to buy.

Capital Hyundai Held My Money And Ghosted Me After The Sale. I purchased a new 2025 Hyundai and traded in my 2022 Hyundai. There was an $8700 loan payoff to Hyundai Motor Finance on the 2022 vehicle. Capital Hyundai took the $8700 as part of the deal for the new car but didn't forward that money to Hyundai Motor Finance. I texted and e-mailed the salesperson, who said she would check into the problem, but I never heard back from her. I left a voicemail message for the Finance Department, but never received a call. I left two messages for the General Manager, but never received a call. I am now trying to resolve this through Hyundai Motor Finance so that my credit rating doesn't get impacted. Update: Shortly after I posted this review Capital Hyundai sent the payoff to Hyundai Motor Finance where it was posted one day before the next payment due date. I'll upgrade this review to 3 stars since the sales and delivery process was fine.

I just recently made a purchase here and I must say Nate was so great! He was fully transparent, no gimmicks with him! He explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all! 10/10 would recommend working with him on your next purchase. Mike the GM was fantastic and very helpful. And one last shoutout to the finance man Avery! He was so kind and pleasant. It was nice to have a respectful finance agent. They really do have a great team at the Greensboro Capital Hyundai dealership. Go see them!

The sales person markasia was fantastic. She handled my purchase in a very efficient and professional manner. Every aspect of my purchase was great until, after the car came out of clean up I noticed two places on the hood that had been chipped. I brought it to markasia's attention and she went to her manager and told him about these chips. She came back and said that there was nothing that could be done to have them touched up. I felt like this issue could have been handled in a better way. I know that you have a touch up person there that could have helped take care of these chips. This is the only thing that made me feel like management was not interested in making me a satisfied customer. All it would have taken is for this issue to be taken care of in a way that I could feel like comfortable driving the car. I am very particular with any car I drive. The car I traded in did not have a scratch on it. In conclusion, this could really affect whether or not I will purchase another car at your dealership. Thank you for taking the time to see how feel about my experience there.
